Keith Livesay, Attorney graduated first in his class from Baylor Law School at a time when admission standards were highly selective. His academic achievements included the Ness Flores Scholarship and the Shank, Irwin & Conant Law Review Award. His scholarly work has been published in respected legal journals, reflecting an early commitment to structured legal analysis.
Following law school, Keith Livesay, Attorney served as a briefing attorney for the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. This role provided firsthand exposure to judicial decision-making and the analytical framework used in appellate review. That experience shaped his approach to issue framing and standards of review.
He later practiced in a Texas business law firm, where he rose to lead the appellate section. In that capacity, he handled complex civil appeals and supported trial teams in preserving issues and preparing cases for potential review. He subsequently practiced as an appellate attorney within a personal injury firm and later operated the Livesay Law Office as a solo practitioner.
Today, Keith Livesay, Attorney serves as Counsel with Nelson Mullins, assisting with appellate research, briefing, and motion practice. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is admitted to practice in Texas, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Outside of his legal work, Keith Livesay, Attorney maintains longstanding interests in classical music and historical research and is scheduled to teach Christian apologetics at a local Bible institute.
